Ms. Puneet Bajwa is a psychologist and mental-wellness professional who has conducted impactful seminars across schools, corporate organizations, and law-enforcement agencies.
She has delivered stress-management and resilience-building sessions in schools for students and faculty, and corporate programs focused on working efficiently under pressure, performance optimization, and emotional balance.
