MindBalance was born during a time when the world was facing unprecedented emotional upheaval. The COVID pandemic not only disrupted daily life but also deeply impacted mental and emotional well-being. Many individuals and families struggled silently, and countless people lost their loved ones—often without the chance to grieve, find closure, or heal in a supportive environment.
During this period, I witnessed how families were emotionally stretched. Parents were managing professional pressures, financial uncertainty, and their own unresolved emotional struggles, while trying to hold their families together. Children, in particular, were deeply affected—absorbing fear, confusion, grief, and emotional instability, often without the language or support to express what they were experiencing. The emotional impact of loss, isolation, and sudden change left many individuals feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and emotionally exhausted.
These experiences became a powerful turning point for me. Watching grief go unaddressed, emotions remain suppressed, and mental health take a backseat made me realise how essential timely emotional support and healing truly are. It inspired me to consciously choose the path of counselling psychology—to help individuals and families process loss, rebuild emotional balance, and move forward with strength and clarity.
MindBalance was created as a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where healing can begin. A space for individuals, parents, children, adolescents, and families to be heard, understood, and supported through life’s emotional challenges—whether related to grief, anxiety, relationships, stress, or personal growth.
My approach is empathetic, structured, and client-centred. Therapy at MindBalance is not about quick solutions or labels, but about creating awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting inner balance.
Because healing is not a luxury—it is a necessity. And no one should have to navigate it alone.
